Residential Valle de Santa Rita

Architectural design and Project Managment.

Location: León, México

Year: 2012

Located 3.5 km south of the city of Leon, this new low-density countryside housing development compliments and extends the actual Santuario de Santa Rita development, located just west of this project. The initial proposal, made by Architect Fabian Garcia, was arranged and supplemented, looking for the optimization of the total area. The scheme was created out of a central sinuous boulevard which goes all along the whole land plot, just as mainstay, where all the independent clusters are born from. Two main areas placed at the main entrance are preserved for a long run development. The equipment donation area is located at the entrance boulevard as well, allowing it to have an independent access previous to the control gate. The average land plot is 1,000 m2, and has a minimum 20 meters wide.
