Located within the complex of Ex Hacienda Casa de Piedra that has just been renewed, this new culinary school uses a 240 m2 space, which was originally part of the upper floor storehouse, placed just by Grupo Ambrosia offices. By means of a new access that links the parking area to the lobby, it has been designed an arch gate in limestone cladding and a metallic entrance cover with wooden ceiling which recreates de actual access to the office. The lobby area leads to a distribution hallway from which the entrance to the classrooms and showroom is allowed. The showroom has a total capacity of 50 people on a detachable metal stand. Supply services beside the lobby, and warehouse areas in each classroom complement the school.
