Architectural design for the new administration building inside the historical graveyard of Saint Nicolas in León. The proposal locates the new two storey building at the west corner of the plot surrounded by existing trees. At ground floor is the reception in double height, working spaces, bathrooms and employee cafeteria open to the trees but contained with an aparent lattice concrete wall. At upper floor is the archive collection and the director office. Both spaces are framed with concrete walls creating a facade almost simetric. Neutral colors of the concrete contrast with the colourful murals, crypts and graves arround them. The general service and bathroom buildings match the same materials as the administration building and have only one floor. The bathroom building is duplicated in two different areas of the graveyard to cover the future needs.
