Year: 1983
This building was the first headquarters constructed with own resources by both colleges and was located at the southeast of the city. The building has a main reception, general auditorium, multi-purpose hall, office spaces, terrace, kitchen, service area and a large garden. The multi-purpose hall, the terrace and the garden can be integrated in one space giving flexibility to their use.
