Coyoacan houses
Architectural design
Location: Coyoacán, Ciudad de México.

Architectural design and executive project for three houses inside the historical neighborhood of Coyoacán south Mexico City. Over an almost flat plot of 675sqm with one front we designed a central internal street which organize the car and pedestrian access and structures the space. The ground floors are for social spaces with one bedroom in two houses and the first floors are for private spaces with bedrooms looking to internal patios or balconies looking the internal street. Sloping roofs give more internal space as well break the monotony of the facades. Traditional stuco and white painting blends with contemporary glass and steel structure.
