The general scheme takes advantage of the plot slope to create a partial underground and two superior levels. The house respects the construction restrictions limits of the area and leaves space to three of the four boundaries. The ground floor tries to create a unique and fluid space integrated the internal and external social areas. A private room is also placed at ground floor looking toward the terrace, garden and pool. The upper level has two more bedrooms and a social area. The stair surrounds the double height living room in a dynamic form and also looks to the garden. The main façade creates a stepped view with open and closed volumes, on the other hand, the rear façade has mullions and a pergola to control the west sun which is really hard in this latitude.
