Architectural and Landscape design.
Location: Silao, Guanajuato
The conceptual planning and development proposal for Silao River, was split into 8 intervention areas or fractions located at the northwest of the city, bonding the Chichimequilas settlement to the City of Silao. Highlighting the landscape qualities, and distinguishing the urban and rural land use, a diagnostic and proposal were made for each of these areas, in order to regenerate and entail more appropriate land-use. The over 8 km long course is intended to be gradually recovered, so that it can be reincorporated to the urban area and creating a large scale lineal park, which could generate a new urban front at the west of the city and allow the population to enjoy a sustainable use and development.
