The new service module for the Guanajuato Cultural Center forms part of the second stage development of plazas and green spaces which complete the space between the new Theatre and the rest of the complex. The module is immersed inside the extension of the gardens of the Regional Museum of Art and thanks to its design partially sunken and covered with green walls minimizes its visual impact for the rest of the surrounding buildings. At ground floor the service areas and a generous stock area is placed as well as the cafeteria area with covered and exterior seating areas. The upper floor is a large terrace open to the views of the gardens and the Theatre. It is covered by a light metal structure with stairs at their ends which connect with the ground floor. Two ramps also connect this level area giving direct access to the terrace from the sculpture garden
